We are a well-known provider of exceptional rehabilitation services, treating all patients with the same high standard of care, regardless of payer.

All patients attending our clinic receive one-on-one care with a highly skilled Registered Physiotherapist (we do not use Kinesiologist to deliver treatments), in a private treatment room and with full access to our comprehensive treatment modalities including manual therapy, shockwave therapy, active release therapy, electrical modalities and our state of the art exercise equipment.

We have the expertise to rehabilitate a wide range of car accident related injuries including common orthopedic conditions such as whiplash, back strains, as well as accident specific fractures, joint and muscle soft tissue injuries.

How Do You Proceed With Your MVA Claim?

1. Notify your car insurance company of your accident-

Upon notification, they will send you a package with a request to complete and OFC 1 form to apply for benefits. As you have only 30 days to complete the OFC 1 form, we recommend contacting our clinic immediately following your accident as not to delay the recovery process.

2. Contact our clinic and provide our client service team with the following:

  • Your name, address, date of birth
  • The date of your accident
  • Your insurance company, policy number and claim number
  • Date of the accident
  • Name of your insurance adjuster and phone number
  • Name of your extended health benefit company. Auto insurance guidelines mandate that all extended health coverage must be used prior to utilizing your accident benefits. If you do not have extended health benefits, your accident benefit funds will be accessed immediately.

3. On Your First Visit to Our Clinic

  • Bring your OFC Package
  • If you have extended health benefits, bring in your policy information/numbers and copy of submission form.

Following your assessment, our Physiotherapist will submit a recommended treatment plan to your insurance company for approval. By law, the insurance company has 10 business days to respond. We will contact you, once their response is received.

4. Call us or use our online scheduling to book your follow up treatment sessions.

We will work on your behalf to manage all reporting and documentation required to continue your claim, and to ensure you get the treatment you need!
