Class Descriptions


HAPPY HOUR CYCLE CLASS

Part cycle class, part dance party. Don’t let the flash fool you, there is a great workout to be had for all fitness levels. This class incorporates upper extremity exercises using small weights. 45 minutes


PILATES MAT

A series of non- impact exercises to develop strength, flexibility, core and improve posture. Small equipment may be added such as circles, balls and weights. 45 min

LITT

Low Impact Interval Training- A full-body workout giving you the same results as HITT, with less stress on your joints. We use the Fitwall & Reformer combines with small exercise equipment. This a circuit training class. 45 min.


BARRE

Body sculpting workout using the ballet bare and small weights/bands. This is not a “dance class” therefore dance experience is not necessary. 45 min.

DOUBLE CLASSES

50%/50% class combining any 2 class types of classes example bike 30 min & pilates 30 min. 60 min

PUMP IT

A non-impact weight training class with high energy music! 45 min
